The product is very good but the service is horrible. They were very late getting the door, when it came in it was impossible to get them to come and install it and when they did it had the wrong lock. They have yet to correct this. But the door is very nice.

The crew - What a pleasure to work with! Great customer service and amazing installer (Henry)!
The product - I would have deducted a star because the door we were hoping to get did not end up being the door we were able to have installed. I wish we were able to be told that we couldn't get the door we desired in the beginning but I understand that each scenario is unique (especially our back door being a custom size). I'm not holding this against them because they did everything they could to make it worthwhile and adjusted the price fairly even though the door handle we needed to get ended up being insanely pricey!
The install - Henry did an amazing job and perfect install in a very timely manner! He was a pleasure to have do the work.
Last thoughts - My wife and I will certainly be hoping they can do all the windows for our Belleville home as well as enclosing our balcony with windows in 2016/2017.
