Had a great experience at King Cycles. Great guys, very helpful and understanding. Made my purchase easy as a pie. Meet all my needs and even more. Would really recommend this place to anyone who's looking to get a bike, parts or gear!

Came in to get my suzuki TU250X serviced. They told me it would take 2 hours, ended up taking even less time, even though there was 2 bikes getting serviced before mine. They work quick. I checked to make sure all the work was done properly, and everything was. I was charged $180 (with premium synthetics) for my 3000 mile service, which was almost half of what Prospect Cycles charged me for a basic fluid change, 600 mile, break in service!!! Im going back to them for service on my Suzuki every time from now on.

Took my bike for service.They never clean the carb.only drained the the tank and change the battery. I was told that they also changed the front brakes but they never changed them .only thing they did changed the oil and gas and battery. They started the bike andcalled me to pick up. I was billed over 1200 dollars after arguments they change the bill I paid more than 800 dollars. They charged me 600 dollars for labor and over 200 dollars for parts.after less than 100 miles my bike stoped running and when I opend the carb it was clogged was never cleaned and serviced . Petcock was clogged front brakes was the same old . They charged me for alternator cover gas kit replacement which was a blunt lie . In short it was a totally rip off.

I purchased my first bike with Kings. As a novice at the time, I did not know what would be a great fit. In my situation I could have been taken advantage of by being placed on a more expensive bike and one I probably would not be able to ride. Instead, they coached me through the process, making sure I was going to be comfortable with my purchase and able to ride it home. I looked to buy my second bike their, but at the time they were out of stock of the R1. In my haste I bought it from another dealer at a premium price. Come to find out months later, Kings were restocked with them and selling them at a very affordable rate. Joe was very reassuring, distracting me from my displeasure. I go to kings every so often and receive the same treatement I would have if I made a purchase in that same day. You can go to kings and feel welcomed, as the culture their is inviting regardless if you are making a purchase or not. I highly recommend Kings Cycles!
