King Brenda DVM

Dr. King has been my vet for 15 years. She has taken care of all 4 of my dogs. The two that passed away lived to be 16 years, and the third is 14. They all lived very health and long lives. Dr. King was a huge part of their health and long life. She really loves her patients and takes the time to understand their physical and emotional needs. Her advice on diet and how to maintain their health is great. I highly recommend her!

So I took my cat, the Wizard, to see Dr. Brenda King this morning at 7:45 am. He hasn't been eating much, so I wanted him to get looked at. I called all day yesterday and no one answered, so I brought him in as soon as they opened this morning. Unfortunately, I never got to see her.

One of her assistants thought it was better to blow me off and be completely rude to me. She was like, if you don't have an apt, you can't just come in here and have someone look at your cat. I told her I tried calling but no one answered and advised that he hasn't been eating much and needs attention. She told me, "well, I can't help you." I then inquired about early morning openings and on Tuesday and Thursday, but she cut me off and informed me that's only for surgeries and she can't see him then either. She then reluctantly pulled out the book and said she could see him at 9:30 am Monday.

I just didn't feel comfortable b/c of her attitude and walked out. I will never go back.
