Extremely unprofessional and unethical! I went there for my nose and ear check up. The first & second visits were for ear tests only which I don't even know what they did.

On the 1st visit, I believe they did eardrum pressure and hearing tests. The doctor analyzed the graph and told me everything is normal. During the conversation, I felt that doctor was not that well-trained or informed. That's how I felt as we exchanged the questions and answers.

On the 2nd visit which was a few days later, they repeated the same tests as my 1st visit then one more new test. The duration of new test was about less than 10 minutes. I asked the staff what was it for and she replied it was for brain check up or something in that sort.

Took the same tests 2x and still wants me to come back for the 3rd time. At the end of 2nd visit, I asked why not checking my nose problem and OMG, the nurse (or staff) actually told me that my insurance company restricts appointment time to doctors per visit??? Are you serious??? What kind of lame lie is that??? She must have thought that I would fell for that nonsense excuse. I absolutely was offended how she can make up stupid lie like that and actually said it without a blink of an eye.

I asked her again out of disbelief and she told me the same story. WOW! From that moment, they lost my total credibility. There is no way I put my trust and body condition to these incompetent people.

A few days later, I called to cancel the 3rd appointment due to my hectic work schedule and 2 weeks of upcoming trip. I asked the staff if the doctor just give me the result of new test over the phone and staff said the "NO." I asked politely why and she said that I have to come in for the result. I told her my other doctors have no problem giving the results over the phone without coming in but she insisted that I should re-arrange the appointment after 2 weeks.

At the end, I hung up the phone and made my mind that I'll never visit this doctor again. It seems like they are not interested in treating my symptoms but making money off of me. I felt like they need that co-pay and do tests to claim to the insurance company. For me, co-pay is not an issue. My body is more important than $40. It's the overall bitter experience and condescending attitude from staffs that I had to encounter made me to write this review.

TOTALLY DISLIKED!!! Same experience... Long waiting in a nice reception. Then "called" into a smaller cell-like room. And then, into the exam room, after the previous patient leaves. The purpose of the smaller room, which is right next to the exam room, is not to WASTE the doctor's valuable time.
Anyway, I went because my son's pediatrician said that in the annual checkup, my son showed some hearing problem in one particular frequency range in one ear, and that he should be checked by an ENT specialist. Well, the ENT specialist (after that 30-sec exam of ears and nosestrills) said that nothing looked bad, so we'd have to come back again(!) for a hearing test. I asked why not now? Because the tech comes in a diff day! Then why was my appointment made on this day??!! No answer. All this done in less than 3 minutes!
So we went the second time for the hearing test, and the third time to see the doctor again w/ the result. Again, the same ritual... reception > small room > exam room. The doctor tells me what I already knew from the pediatrician. And again, a 30-sec exam and another "nothing looks bad". He asked that we get an MRI done... but I'm re-thinking of seeing another doctor first, before subjecting my son to the radiation.

Unbelievable. It took three minutes for me to totally lose respect for this doctor.

The reception is fine but the doctor had me pretty upset. I made an appointment for allergy testing at 5 p.m. and I made it in at 4:20 p.m. They have me wait until 6 p.m. Reasonable. They call me into a smaller waiting room. Wait there for another half hour. Still patient because it's an appointment at the doctor, and I'd like to speak about options and procedures. They call me in, he asks me very general questions and I am rudely rushed as I answer to the best of my knowledge. He tells me in the middle of my sentence that I do not qualify for testing because my symptoms are not prolonged as I tell him my allergies were acting up recently but my history with allergies is over ten years. Checks my ears, nose and throat, and leaves. I stop him to ask him about immunity treatments but he tells me that the effectiveness depends on me. So I ask him to explain. He says there's a 20% failure rate. As he is about to leave again, I ask what the procedure was and how it depends on me. He tells me it requires commitment. His short and vague answers have me pretty surprised as he tells me to speak with the nurse but the nurse leaves and I have to stop her to ask her if I will be tested for allergies and she says no. This took a generous estimate of three minutes of their time.

I will never go back to this doctor. I hope someone else treats him this way in this type of situation.
