Kiku Alpine

This is a poor quality restaurant that cooks Hibachi with all the smoke coming out without a ventilation system. Imagine putting a 10 barbecues in the middle of your living room and grilling for 200 people with windows closed. All the smoke and fat lands on your hair and clothes and your skin. By the time you get out you stink so badly that you want to go back home to take a shower and shampoo your hair multiple times. Disgusting! If the owner of this disgusting place knows this despite the numerous complaints, think how high quality those ingredients could be!

Ah by the way some other reviewer says you can take your date here. What kind of date would want to come here and stink all night long?

Read review(s) regarding female manager and staff incompetence, and did not experience this at all. Friendly and attentive. Space is contemporary with nice lighting -- perfect for unwinding with a date or perhaps a business meeting.

good ramen

Exceptionally unprofessional staff: they overbook reservations and made numerous parties wait more than an hour beyond reservation times for their tables. They refused to offer any hors d'ouvres at the bar and would do nothing to accommodate anyone who was waiting. It made the evening impossible to enjoy. A very poor and surprising attitude from them.

Went with a group of friends. I really liked the food and the chef was a lot of fun. Bitchy and insane Asian-woman manager ruined the evening for us all. We will definitely not go back.
