my experience with kiki pool turned out not to be a great one. i had them set up a pool table in 2012 . they set it up and it looked great.now 2 1/2 years later i had to sell the table. when the buyers had their professional pool table movers/set up come to take the table apart that is when we found out how bad the set up was by kiki pools. first they found that the slate was cracked and repaired with out saying anything to us. then the felt was put on uneven and to make up the difference they just poured on extra mounds of glue and that was then covered up with the bumpers and not seen when the pool table was completed.this came at an extra cost to me. when we called kiki pools to let them know the story and we also sent them pictures. their response was it was a used table. it was only used by us. we did purchase it new only used it for about 1 1/2 years and then had it in storage. when we moved and took it out of storage there were no cracks in the slate. so if you do have kiki pools set up your table please stay in the room and watch them step by step, because if they make a mistake they will just cover it up and you will never know.

I had Kiki Pools Install our pool last year and they were fantastic; Customer service is great, all my calls got answered and or returned in a timely manner; The crew is great, hard working and polite; They are also very informative and are always willing to go over and beyond to meet your needs and or answer any questions or concerns you may have.
I recently called Kiki to setup my filter/pump for this years opening (2014) and, as expected, they came through yet again.
