Kidville

We had my daughter's 3rd birthday party here and it was a great experience. Since that time, ownership has changed and they are unwilling to accommodate the services offered to me only 4 weeks ago when my daughter's party was celebrated. The person I spoke with was named Alexis, she was very short and unfriendly. I am in disbelief at how such a phenomenal experience can leave me with such negative feelings! Worth mentioning, at the time which I booked my daughter's party I was never told that ownership was changing and that the promises they made would not be kept. Sad because I was considering signing up both my girls to this place and their approach has turned me away forever. It's just not right...

The kidville staff are warm, friendly and have lots of energy. My 20-month-old twins are always excited to arrive and upset to have to leave for the day, this is bittersweet for mom but a huge peace of mind as a parent. Thank you Erin the Kidville University teacher, Sarah the office manager, Kaylii my little girls best friend and Corey their Rocking railroad musician. I know I'm forgetting three other individuals but please keep in mind I am balancing a bowl of cereal, a cup of coffee and My iPhone. Thank you kidville Ladies our family loves you.
