I had my son's 1st Birthday herr and it was perfect. Great for big kids and little ones. We had Olaf as our character and the kids really enjoyed it.staff was great

It's a good place to go if it is cold or raining, otherwise just go to a park. The staff behave as if they would rather be elsewhere, and they have been rude to me on several occasions. My kids love it here but I can get people to be rude to me for free!

Cool place, not so big, which i like- you can always see your child. There are 2 playgrounds and some games. My son loved it, he is 4 years old. He was able to go to the toddler area and on big playground. We had soft pretzel, which was great- they bake it fresh there. They have special for tokens, which i thought was worth getting (saved $5). We will be coming back with some friends!
