I called and was quoted $299 ($399 with $100 off coupon). Owner suggested if we want a theme, just do balloons and don't waste money on paper goods. Said she has them there & we can choose preferred theme & birthday boy gets two. She didn't mention she'd charge $4.99 per balloon ($9.98). Favors are included, and each guest receives one as well as a balloon. She didn't mention she'd charge $0.99 per balloon x 12, because the party includes 12 kids ($11.88). $2.99 for one 2L of Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite and water was an additional ($11.96). We requested a quote to cater for 25 adults, and never heard back. Arrived at the party to find out a tray of penne alla vodka was $85, chicken parm was $120 & greek salad was $80 ($285.00). We were then charged ($53.60) sales tax on all of the above. The prices alone (and lack of communication) would be bad enough, but the owner also stated she might be pregnant because she was feeling nauseous. We found out she wasn't pregnant, but a lot of the party guests contracted her stomach virus. Last bad impression was that she approached me before the party even began, to make sure I would tip her staff, because she might leave since she wasn't feeling well, and the staff would be "too nice" to ask. So, from start to finish - I would give less than 1 star if possible. If you plan to book a party, make sure you ask your questions!!! And don't pay a deposit until you have your answers. I followed up, and on the few occasions I heard back, she would apologize saying she's been so busy.
