My experience is pretty limited when it comes to KFC Roadrunner Cycle. But what I can tell you is that the work I had them do for my bike was done perfectly, and they even went above and beyond. I took the rear tire off my bike and had them change the tire on it. I told them I didn't need a balancing because I was using tire beads in my bike, so I went with the cheaper option of just mounting the new tire. I dropped off the tire, and picked it up the same day. The guys inside were laid back, and friendly. When I picked up the tire, it was cleaned up mostly, and not scratched or dented up. Before putting in my tire beads, I took the bike out for a spin and what do you know, balanced perfectly! Such a nice pleasant surprise when you least expect it. And best part is, they didn't price gouge me for a tire mount! Awesome!
