To be honest the customer service sucks. One of the cashier a really skinny black lady had a bad attitude when taking my order. I would never buy food from a place that don't treat their customers right. The only reason I didn't told her off was because there was other customers on the line. KFC need to better pick their employees or they will lose a lot of business.
