The food, cold and tastless. The service, poor and a total lack of interest. The store itself, filthy and unappealing. .

this place sucks.... food took forever and came out cold.... time for new mgmt.

This is also a taco bell. This place is extremely slow and overpriced for what they are serving. Below par for even taco bell.

The store itself gives one a feeling of uncleanness and the staff are nothing more than robot's pushing chicken out the door. The food is typical KFC which is not all that great to start with. I just get the feeling I'm eating low grade chicken that is just covered up with herbs and spices to make it palatable. The food is either greasy,dry, or just plain tasteless. I can't fault the LB store alone, there all quite bad these days.

Worst experience at any fast food restaurant (or ANY restaurant, for that matter) in my life. Ordered a 3-piece Extra Crispy meal at 7:30 PM. Was told I'd have to wait "2 minutes." After 10 minutes the cashier saw I was still waiting, apologized, and said "it's not my fault," and passed the buck to someone else. The manager came out and apologized, saying that she'd "gone in the back and didn't know about the order." About 10 minutes later I was still waiting and was told "it's not my fault" again by the cashier and manager. I watched as dozens of customers went through the drive-thru and entered and left the store with their orders. At 8:06 PM, after 36 minutes, I still hadn't received my food. I asked for my money back and left. Needless to say, it was both the first time and last time I will ever visit that location. And now I have a horror story to tell for the rest of my life.
