The chicken was soggy and cold, just disgusting.. but the worst thing was the old lady behind the register.. she was terribly rude. Worst experience on any kfc in my life.

usually a long wait, people who don't fully understand you (and not a language thing, an intelligence problem), and most times missing stuff. I once had a streak of missing napkins, straw, and fork five times in a row in drive thru, even after asking.
