The cashiers can't count the money correctly at all and it's happened more than once. I wonder how many other customers have gotten ripped off!

Ordered a 12 piece bucket and only gave me 10. Original chicken was soggy like it was sitting out for too long. Phone number on the receipt was wrong when I tried to call and complain about my order.

I have been here several times... and each time I have asked them to add butter to my biscuit while ordering and both time it was not added .... the biscuits are very dry and hard to the touch so you can only imagine what it taste like. And if I am paying my money I would like for it to be right

the phone number on the receipt and the web site is wrong. I always come short of the order. I cannot call for an order if the phone number is wrong.
