Met Helen/Yelena Makarova at the interested property, the agent was nice, informative, responsive pleasant, and timely. After saw the place and love it, we arrange and meet up at the office 11078 Queens Blvd. the next day with all necessary documentation, credit reports, application forms and $200 fee.
In the end, did not get the place due to an outstanding loan on a credit report although the score met the requirement. Appreciated all the effort the agent had done but unfortunately did not get the place and lose the money on fee ($200).

I recommend! Munis Tashpulatov may seem a little shy in the beginning, but he definitely gets the job done. I contact Munis in one night, and the following day he was already showing me the apartment in the morning. Even though it was snowing, traffic was horrendous, he still kept his commitment of showing the apartment. He was polite and very helpful, answering all the questions my fiancée and I had for him. He also was patient enough to show us the apartment a few more times. We wanted other family members to see the place before we could decide, and he granted us the request. We were able to close the deal in less then 3 days. Once we submitted the application for the apartment everything was ready to be signed in one day time. He was kind, polite, patient and able to answer of our requests. But above all, we were able to close the deal and sign the lease very fast, guaranteeing the apartment would be ours. As I said before, I recommend.

Munis Tashpulatov Very helpful! He was able to find a nice apartment within my budget. He showed me great apartments and accommodated all my needs. He was able to answer a my questions and concerns. He was always punctual and available. I definitely recommend him to others. This was my first time renting an apartment and Munis made the experience worthwhile. Thank you for all your help!
