I hit a pothole and got a flat tire. I also found that the rim on the wheel is cracked a little bit.
I found out that auto parts store don't stockup on wheel rims. I called several places including the car dealer but couldn't find one that had rim for my car. I figured, i had to wait a week to order the rim but they welded the crack and installed fairly new used tire. They gave me a really good price too.

KENNY YELLS, LIES AND CHEATS THE CUSTOMER!

I've been through some bad car shop experiences but this was so bad I had to write about it and warn other people. I left my bent rim there for repair and Kenny said it would be done by the end of the day. There was no call...for 12 days. I called and consistently got the voice message after 2 rings. I left messages but no call...for 12 days. I finally get there when I had a day off. I voice my dissatisfaction and he first says sorry but then starts yelling saying he's a busy man. Usually when you realize you make a mistake, you give a discount - instead he tries to charge more than the agreed price, and then refuses to take credit cards even though he has clear postings up in his shop that he's a credit card merchant. I get the fixed rim on and get in my car to leave. He then has the audacity to talk crap about me in Korean to another customer thinking I do not understand. If this wasn't bad enough, the rim was not fixed properly and my car wobbles. And on top of that, I go to the gas station to put air in my tires and I see that he didn't even put my tire back on the rim but a cheap replacement. Kenny lacks integrity, decency, and I will actively tell everyone to stay away from this place.
