Worst place ever.. I was told that I can use my 100$ credit on anything and then they told me I could only use it if I purchase something 400$ or more!! Very disappointed and the owner is a JERK!!!

It was very bad choice of furniture store. We ordered bed set, sofa, dining table and chairs. First of all delivery was delayed for 2 weeks and finally order was delivered on Saturday at 9 pm. Two chairs and chest were broken. We had to wait next 2 weeks to exchange it. Bed set is very poor quality, it already had scratches, night stand started to fall apart in few days. Our request to return or at least to exchange bed set was rejected. Very disappointed experience. I wouldn't recommend to anyone buy furniture from this store

The furniture in Kennedy Furniture is great. They have a multutude of things to select on. Many different colors. Although the store is great the workkers are........RUDE. They really dont care what you like. They'll try to make you buy the wrong damm thing. The delivery servise is fair but it takes way to long for the selection to arrive. I bought my last couch there and It lasted 3 years. Its breaking now so I must buy a new one. I am thinking of buying it there but not sure.

When I purchased my 1st home my mother went and as a gift bought me a beautiful dinning set ( Opulence II by Ashley Furniture). When the dinning set arrived at the house my younger brother was home to receive it, he not knowing signed. When i got home I saw that the chairs were the wrong size, i had a pub height table with bar height chairs????? HORRIBLE they made a mistake in ordering the chairs. When i went back to the store with my mom they wouldn't own up to anything they said they couldn't do anything we signed now its our responsibility..especially since it was a custom order they couldn't take it back. Now it gets better since my mother just threw away $1000 on that dinning set now the dinning set just became discontinued. The manger didn't help me the lady whom made the order was an older lady in her 50s or 60s with black hair shes cuban... Be carefull they are garbege i ended up repurchasing a new dinning set from Ashley's much better.

Delayed delivery and then the wrong item showed up!! We went because prices were decent, but then delivery (that was supposed to occur the following week) was moved back a MONTH. Do not order from them unless you have confirmed they have it immediately in stock!! And THEN they delivered the wrong couch, which has resulted in much finger-pointing.
