we had a coupon that we used for a free pie, they forgot it after we waited over an hour to get them in the first place, then when we called they said ok we will send you one. no big deal. upon arrival of the pie they wanted to charge us. we should not have to pay for a pizza you for got to bring or make in the first place. we have ordered from them before with minimal issues but this was not ok $50.00 total for pizza this should not have happened we should not have gotten the attitude we got from the delivery person either. point is if you want a long wait, attitude, and crummy customer service this is the place for you.
