Kenilworth Animal Hospital

I have had both of my dogs there for various things including surgery and they are always treated well and quickly.

I have recently moved to Somerset and still return to Kenilworth when something is wrong with my dogs.

I have 3 cats and 2 dogs. When my large breed cane corso had some pain issues in her legs, we had no idea what it could be. Dr. Mansour and his staff did a ton of research to pinpoint exactly what it was, as it was not a common problem. They fixed her right up! Then she tore her cruciate ligament in her knee! Poor thing was treated so well and had this major surgery right there in the hospital, and she is doin wonderfully. I love this place and so do my pets, they pull me to the door! The head tech and staff do an awesome job of keeping people and their pets happy, well informed, and healthy. I recommend this place to everyone I know.

I have a 4 year old yorkie who is the love of my life and his well being is the most important thing to me.
I was recommended to this clinic by a friend, and ever since my first visit I have been referring all my pet-owner friends to this amazing place.
The staff is so well organized and polite. The doctor is very informative and break down everything step by step. The prices are reasonable, everything is very sterile, overall its a great place.
I wouldn't trust just anybody with my baby’s health but with Dr. Mansour, I am assured that he is in good hands.

Only thing going for this place is the super nice vet tech/receptionist.... Vet recommended tests without even touching my dog...even though i stated clearly he has had this issue prior and antibiotics has worked fine.

August 2015 - we boarded our cat here for the weekend (dropped off Friday, picked up Monday) as our normal vet didn't have space for her. Our cat gets a daily dose of anti anxiety medication (keeps her from peeing all over the house) so we brought her newly refilled with us, told the person checking us in how to administer it (ear gel) and left written instructions as well. When we went to pick her up on Monday they gave her back to us and didn't give us her medicine back. When we asked where the medication was (especially because we had just paid for the new refill) they told us that we didn't leave them any medication. We argued that we had in fact left it there but they insisted that we showed it to them but then walked out with it. This makes no sense because you're admitting that you knew she was supposed to get medication but you failed to call and tell us that we forgot to leave it with them. We continued to argue that we DID leave it with them and finally convinced them to go look for it..... and they found it. They misplaced her medication, didn't give it to her, failed to call us to tell us they misplaced it and then tried to lie and blame us for it. Not a chance we'll ever be back. Their slogan says "we treat your pets like family" - evidently they have a dis-functional family that treats one another poorly.
