SCAM ARTIST DO NOT HIRE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!! Came to my home looked at my dishwashing machines told me what I already know took $75 dollars for the visit I asked what now he said I'll call w the parts and c what we can do and disappeared. Knows absolutely nothing can fix absolutely nothing. B aware don't allow in your home!

We had a problem with the refrigerator,something in the freezer mechanism was loose and making all kinds of noise.My girlfriend Paula looked online and came across Ken's Appliance Repair.She sent an email and within 5 minutes the owner Ken Porcaro called,this was like at 6:50am.I explained to him what was going on and he said he had a job to go to 1st and then he would be there in 2 hours.He told me it was 65 dollars just to come but that would be included in the final bill,which I thought was good.True to his word he was there in 2 hours,he heard the problem and knew right away it was the freezer fan.He opened it up and showed me that the freezer was shot and that was the noise.He went to his vehicle to see if he had a new fan for the fridge.He came back in 5 minutes with the new fan!It took about a half an hour to install and the bill wasn't too bad.Ken was very polite,professional and helpful and I told him he was "old school" in his work ethic and customer service!He was probably one of the nicest people I've ever met!I give Ken's Appliance Repair my highest recommendation! =)

Had contacted Ken to fix my mini dryer and fridge, missed several appointments. When he finally showed up he only fixed my fridge and stated he would get back to me in regards to the mini dryer this was back on 10/1/2015. It is now 10/24/2015 after chasing him down to find out what's taking so long he had an attitude and stated he couldn't get the parts. I had sent him a link where to get the parts from and he still never contacted me. I would not recommend his service if you want a reliable person.
