Worst Customer Service EVER!
Kelm Dry Cleaners has the worst customer service. Miss Saraya (some blonde lady parading as the so-called manager) was extremely rude to me. Upon arrival I gave her my ticket. She came back with my jacket and as I was looking over the jacket and putting it on she rudely tapped her pen on the desk and starred at me with a face of pure attitude.
When trying to pay she said "Minimum 20.00 for card." What should have cost me way less ended up being a $20.00 charge on my card. I offered to pay debit but she insist that I pay the minimum of 20 if I use either or Debit/Credit. I told her it was my first time coming here and if she chould make an exception as It is cold outside and I dont want to leave without my jacket. She rudely said NO, offering no form of help to rectify the situation.
To add insult to injury When dropping off the jacket, I tried to pay and she said no, pay when you pick up. Also the sign outside says simply "Visa/Master." Such high minimums should really be put on the door outside.
Two stars for the good job on pocket sewing.
