I lived in Rye for the first 25 years of my life. Kelly's C level definitely has the best burgers in the whole town. They are big, juicy, well cooked, and have a variety of great toppings. And all of the Maguire establishments, including Jerry's Post Road market and Kelly's, have the best rolls ever. They also have other great bar fair including Irish nachos, chili cheese fries, and delicious onion rings. All of the bartenders are very friendly and poor very generously.

We recently used Kelly's Sea Level catering service for a wedding weekend and boy were we impressed! Kelly worked within our budget and had all the details nailed down. While the Sea Level restaurant serves delicious pub fare, the catering menu was eclectic and vast. The food we selected was a big hit with our guests and the staff were so nice and professional. We highly recommend Kelly's Sea Level for catering of any type of affair.
