I bought a Condominium through them in 2005 in Union City.
They advertised it as a NEW contruction. They showed me the WRONG condominium several times and after I closed, I got the call that the unit I purchased was a different one from the one I had been showed.
After that settled, some time later we, the owners, realized that the Condominium building was a RENOVATION, NOT NEW properties as they falsely advertised. The Building had only ONE year warranty. Now, Five years later the building is falling apart due to leaks and other structural problems. Thank you Keller Williams.
