Best Chinese food in the college point area

Worse delivery/business experience ever!!!!
Busy day at the office food delivery from a 5 minute away walking distance place.
First the order was wrong so I called them back (I understand that mistakes are made) to tell them about the problem. As a customer you expect at least an apology and hope to get the correct order quick but no, all they said was " Give the delivery guy back the wrong order when he comes back otherwise will not give you the correct order" OK anyways.... As long as I get the right order.
After waiting for 45 minutes I call them back to check on my food but the answer is " Oh we already delivered the order"... I tell them nobody came also how come I still have the wrong order with me?
I asked to talk to the store manager and asked her is why is this happening?. They keep saying the food was delivered... Someone else picked it up... All the lies and excuses...
Now I'm trying to understand - First wrong order - no apologies whatsoever, now you are lying to me too? Did I just pay for trouble?
So I told them you have 5 minutes to send your delivery guy back with the money and pick up your wrong order otherwise I will come myself and deal in person. They put me on hold.... then they tell me the guy will be there right away.
I'm waiting for exactly 10 minutes then walk to the store, as soon as I asked to talk to the store manager they knew who I am and the answer was not here just left. But I recognized the persons voice and asked them why am I paying for wrong orders, lies and more lies????
They kept saying the food was picked up by someone else which is impossible as I confirmed with reception several times before I called and went to the store. Assuming the guy behind the customer is the owner I asked him are you the owner? He said yes, but he was not solving anything kept saying the food was delivered and someone else took it, then he calls the delivery guy. Now the new lie is - food was delivered by mistake to the next building?. If the same delivery guy who made the mistake in first place was sent back to fix it, went to the wrong building? MORE LIES??
While arguing the receptionist from my company calls telling me that the delivery guy just got there and gives her the food now and the money.

Where did the delivery guy get that food if it was delivered already "by mistake"?? How much more can you lie? I don't even want your food from this place. Told the guy to get the food back and his money as I am taking my money from the owner right now! In no time the delivery guy comes in and he is laughing like nothing happened. Bottom line this place is a JOKE

Very good chinese food, best in the neighborhood. Their fried chicken is great.

I have eaten Keilley's for over 20yrs. Best Chinese food ever. My dad introduced me to them. He has eaten @ other Chinese food restaurants in the neighborhood & got food poisoning! Keilley's is the ONLY place he hasn't gotten sick from. I will continue to eat there for as long as I can.

Pretty expensive, however the prices are reasonable for what you get and that is good food. The noodles are great and the general tsos is awesome and flavorful and the service is free delivery and cheap. I feel this is the best chinese restaurant is town bar non. Not many places can make loe maine and general tsos like these guys
