Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!. When shopping one day I was over charged and when I realized that I was almost home. I dropped off my groceries at my apartment and walked back to the Kefirek Deli to inquire about the mistake they made on my receipt. When I spoke with the cashier who earlier sold the items to me she demanded that I bring back all my groceries in order to look at them so she can determined if she in fact made a mistake. She was not able to tell from their own receipt which by the way was did not list the items by their name just stated "grocery" in each item. I then walked back in 90 degrees heat back to my apartment and brought back my groceries. Upon my return to the deli the cashier who sold the items was gone for the day (mind you only with 30min from when I spoke with her). I had to explain the entire story to another store associate who was quite helpful and called the previous cashier at home. It turned out that they double charged me. They have returned my money but when I said that I have shopped here before and never had to pay so much money for the items I bought and the amount seemed odd to me the owners rely was: I have never seen you here before...well guess what Mr. Kefirek , and you will never see me there again! Who treats their customers like that!!!?? You made me walk back to my house and bring back my groceries because you could not read from your own store receipt? Your staff made a mistake and you telling me you never seem me here before, what kind of apology is that? I would never recommend shopping at that place to anyone. The produce was not of best quality either. There are 5 other polish delis on the same block, no need to shop there at all.
