Great for the price. A car wash is not the same as a car detail, I think it is a great wash, sap and other similar substances will not fully come out, but they do a pretty fine job for a 5 minute wash and dry.

A tad bit expensive; Customer service is pretty good! Quick & fast oil change. The flex car wash is the best car wash I've had.

Got a free car wash for this place. Glad I didn't pay more, it didn't look a whole lot better afterwards. Streaks and weird spots all over the place and some spots were still just as dirty.

They broke something in my car, when I spoke to the manager, he said no way his employee would do such a thing. He made me look stupid and liar ....I just left

I am reporting this place to a cosumer protection agency. I paid for a full synthetic oil change and my oil was pretty missing after 2,000 miles. I noticed when my engine started making weird noises.

I come to find out the same thing happened to my brother in law with a regular oil change on his car.

I read some reviews on this thread and saw that someone went in for a full synthetic oil change and saw the person using something that was not synthetic...

My motor is probably done after this grave mistake of an oil change. The honda dealer told me they even stripped my oil pan.

The car wash might have some good reviews but if you notice there are many bad reviews for the oil change service. Please stay away from this place.

If my motor which doesn't even have 98, 000 miles is damaged I will pursue legal action.
