--My first time using this service.
JOB: residential rental apartment Montclair NJ - needed to find out why the apartment had
half power.
KB Showed up faster than expected
KB found a clock plugged into a wall socket, the clock wire had exposed raw wires tripping the breaker ( which prevented a fire) the tenant was at fault
KB charged for a regular house call $105 instead of emergency house call ($175)
SECOND JOB:
-- October 28 2015
-- KB grounded 5 sockets ( apparently the ground wires naturally disintegrate after 95 years )
even though this is not urgent to repair
-- cost $240
