Kay's Spring Garden has been around forever. It's been family run for 20yrs plus. Their prices were cheaper in the past but time has gone on. Their prices run similar to what most Chinese Restaurants are charging. Cant complain on that aspect if they are running similar. My favorite orders have always been their boneless spare ribs, Chicken Broccoli, Spare Ribs, or General Tso's Chicken. The flavor has never changed and has always tasted good. Ive been eating from their restaurant occasionally since I 9yrs old and up. My mom had moved to Florida back in the mid 2000's and when she would visit Jersey City this was a must-stop place for her at least once during her visits. The restaurant has and will always be styled the same. Flooring and wall colors have not changed and they maintain a cleanly appearance. They are effective and quick deliverers according to my experiences...

Seriously - I live 3 blocks from this restaurant and it took an hour to deliver - when I called to ask where the food was the person answering the phone hung up on me. GREAT Customer Service, NOT!

I got so upset I actually went the 3 blocks to see them - but of course, no one speaks English when you are complaining.
Don't waste your time, or your money. This place is about as consistent as winning the Powerball twice running - not going to happen
