Re: Order #291416 After many communications to obtain the refund owed for returned goods, & your last response stating I would see the $303.14 shortly. It has now been another week & still no credit to my Amex. I find it ridiculous that this has needed to continue for over one month now. However be assured I will not give up.

I ordered multiple items from their website and only received one of them. I have tried multiple time to email and call them to find out what the status is for the balance of the times but they do not answer.
Horrible customer service.
