I was a chain smoker for 20 years. Thanks to Kathy Lindert, I quit smoking cigarettes and have been a happy nonsmoker for several years now. I was afraid I'd never quit after half a dozen failed quit attempts in a 10 year span (even using nicotine patches) but hypnosis with Kathy helped me conquer the addiction permanently! Since I quit smoking I saved several thousand dollars on cigarettes, my health improved, and I'm free of addiction. I'll always be thankful to Kathy. 5 stars from this happy non-smoker!
