Spent almost $10k getting carpets for 3 floors. They did a very bad job. They cut the carpets too short.

Mediocre..while the carpets & rugs are great, assorted in variety both type and length to the point that everyone in a large family will be happy with their individual selection...

There's one thing that I'm not happy with and that is...in their As-Is section: if u want to see an item that's not completely viewable because its covered by other rugs, well, you have to purchase it first, before they take it down. Does that make sense, in this day and age of buyer beware, oh did I mention, we had just picked up 3 area rugs that were paid for the prior week. Of course I wasn't gonna purchase anything sight unseen but I just thought, wow!
