When I walked into Kartell, the two sales people treated like I was a guest in their home in Italy, as both were Italian. They let me take my time and sit in as many chairs as I wanted. Just meeting them was truly a nice experience. The designs are really cutting edge, and their is such a variety that anyone can find something appealing. The store was easy to find by taking the One Train to Canal Street and walking three blocks to Greene Street.

Really disappointed by the customer experience! I have bought a table & paid for it in September. It is March and they have not delivered it yet! No matter how many times I call, they never receive my calls! This has not been my experience from Kartell in Europe...

If you want to get charged for very expensive plastic furnitures and not have the furnitures you paid for delivered (in other words get literally robbed) as well as the worst customer service so far (no wonder that they are not returning your call, it is consistent with the scam), this is the place to go!!
I bought a lot of Kartell products, yes I like their expensive furnitures, in France and always had a great customer experience but the way they are treating "customers" here in NY is insane!!

This place has great stuff, all their furniture is made of a strong translucent plastic. Very elegant and contemporary furniture, and house accessories. They have it in all different colors the have a wide variety of items. If you are looking for different furniture this the place. And it's Italian too, Italian design is always great.
