I would give this ten stars if i could. Micheal Rosenberg was an absolute gentleman. i had been to many different dealerships over the past few days. Hands down it was the best experience i ever had talking with a car dealership. Ive always felt pressured and unsure and most of weary of salesmen. Mike put me at ease and walked me through my first lease and i highly suggest you contact Micheal before you talk to any other salesman.

Awesome experience buying a new car at this dealership. Every dealership has sales people who know the products. At Karp there is none of the typical BS that makes car buying such a pain. I went in knowing the cost of the car from internet research and my credit score and the salesman (Mike Rosenberg) worked with me on the best deal and had me in the car the next business day. No unnecessary haggling, no trying to rip me off with needless add-ons, no bait and switch on loan terms - just great service. From my initial experience it seems that everyone at Karp takes their culture of being part of a family very seriously and it shows. They referred to it as the "Karp Family" at every level and, quite honestly it was a refreshing change from the nightmare of typical car buying.
