those arrogant hood rats that work there think they can bate people in with one price and then when your ready to sit down and order they lay the actual price on you right before they take your payment witch in my case was 1000 more then they quoted me. and that was before tax. I hear their installations people are terrible too and they don't fix their mistakes. if your going to buy high end appliances or any appliances for that matter, just go somewhere else. I was one of the fortunate few that saw where it was all going and I just walked out. the salesman and sales women there think they can get away with this sort of thing just to make their commission
