I was helped but an old grumpy gentleman who was very strange person for a salesperson. I came in late on a Sunday looking for a dryer. I asked him for a price break and his response was at this time of the day, I don't really care if you walked out. Guess what I did, I walked out. There are many ways one can respond to a customer. His I don't care if you walked isn't one of them.

I had an issue with my Thermador that I purchased from Karl's. I spoke with customer service representative, Debbie Lepre, in Lakeland, NJ and she resolved my issue right away! FIVE stars! Will buy future appliances from here!

I left bestbuy disappointed with the sales people. The guy at Karl's was super knowledgeable AND they took $15 off the BB price with zero haggling. I will buy all my appliances from them from now on

Will never use these guys again. They have the most ridiculous delivery and install system I have ever seen. This was an all day affair. The installer was supposed to be at my house to disconnect my old refrigerator at 9 and showed up at 11. Then delivery people with new one came at 2:30. When the installer left he said he was on a local job and I should call when the delivery men arrived and he would "be there before they finish unwrapping it" Ok, I call and he then tells me he never said that and he won't be here for two hours. I have to write this guy a check for $379. for this. From now on I go to Sears, in and out and done in no time.

I went to Carl's today and was absolutely shocked by the sale's staff. With the exception, of one employee, they all stood around and socialized. When I asked to see an item, I was treated as an annoyance. The sales associate pointed in the direction where the item was. When if I asked if that was the only one, he lied and said yes. (The store carries and displays several versions of that item ). Helping customers is clearly not as important as socializing with coworkers.
