I received a sale circular in the mail last Thursday. I needed to replace a refridgerator and range in one of my rental units ASAP. I spoke with a salesman over the phone, Angel. He couldn't be more helpful! I was able to arrange delivery of both items the next day, Tenant was very pleased. I was not able to get the 3.5% sales tax over the phone, had to pay 7%, but was assured I would get a credit for the 3.5% if I went to the store, and filled out the paper work. I did, the next day. Waiting for the promised refund, should take 48 hours, I was told. Also waiting for credit back on the $ 20 gas line I paid for , but wasn't used. When the promised credits are received I'll be a 100% satisfied customer! Hopefully ealry this week.
