NEVER EVER BUY FROM HERE ! This store is a compete rip-off . I ordered lace thigh-high boots and didn't receive them PERIOD ! So I called to cancel my order and I still haven't received my money back and it's been over a month . Every time someone gives them bad reviews on their Instagram they delete it so the truth won't be seen or told . I really want to report this company ASAP because this is ridiculous . They never answer their phones or emails is sad . To save you time and happiness , never buy from this store .

Poir customer service and empty promises. They're crooks! Placed an order with this company on November 4, 2015 for a leather jacket that was promised to be delivered with 12 days. As of today - January 18, 2016 I have not received my order. I've emailed; left unlimited voicemail messages; sent emails and spoke to Ashley and Tiffany who all promised me call backs in regards to my refund and I have gotten the runaround for over two months. Clearly they're a hoax and a fraudulent company. I will report this as theft to my bank and get my funds back. I wish I could give this business a negative rating - they don't even deserve the one star. Hopefully future buyers will look at all of these reviews and be aware to avoid this boutique at ALL costs! They're crooks!

The customer service is terrible. Placed an order on Thursday and by the following Thursday my items still had not arrived. When I called to inquire I kept getting the run around. I was charged and did not receive my items. Poor service!

TERRIBLE customer service. Takes literally months to get your order. Ordered for them a few times and it's the same thing everytime. Never again. Stay away! !
