act like you can really sing... anyone can after a few big drinks

I went here New Years Eve Eve and really enjoyed myself. We did Karaoke out in the bar (not in a room). The bartenders were friendly and fun, the drinks were reasonable and the crowd was hella inclusive and friendly. It took forever for my song to come up (well over two hours) but the crowd was often singing together, dancing together and being supportive. I actually made friends with strangers there.

It's a nice place and the song list is available as an app on your phone. But the music was loud enough to cause hearing damage hence the 3 stars. On a quiet night we went there for a birthday and with about 7 people in the place the sound was loud enough to make you want to put your fingers in your ears. I'm sure the private rooms are great given the song selection but our party was too small to make it worth while.

I made my reservations over the phone. They took down the time I wanted, my name and my credit card number. I arrived to the place and they tell me there are no reservations for me. So I show them I have proof of speaking with the guy on the phone. She tells me that I must wait 15 mins to see if a party doesn't show up, that I can get the room, the party doesn't show up, and she tells me she has to get the room ready, it takes her another 15 mins to get the room ready. Mind you our original reservation times were from 9pm to 11pm. We get in the room 30 mins later. We are only allowed to have the room till 11 now. The karaoke and the room were good, good selection of songs. At the end we get our bill, we are automatically charged gratuity, when not one waiter comes into our room to ask if we need anything. This place would be so much better if the staff and service was better. The place is really nice and cute. Just very bad service.

We had a great time with my bf last night. We didn't sing but there were some really good singers. Very friendly ppl all around. Huge drinks too ;)
