Kaplan At Federal Hill

I would rate this business a 0 if I could. Every aspect of my lease here was horrible. The appliances were awful the plumbing was useless and we could hear all of our neighbors the walls were so thin. If you're lucky you'll never live here when it snows the complex never plowed the street and only plowed half a lane in the lot leaving you to dig out a path once you actually dug out your car. What was worse is that even with their SEVERE lack of parking they still piled the snow into parking spots! Don't ever try to voice your complaint, they will blatantly ignore you. And best of all they didn't tell us that by asking to move in two days later than the lease start meant they were tacking a whole extra month onto our lease since we "didn't move in on time" which they did not state when we asked to move in later and did not confirm until the original lease was already signed. I cannot wait to move out.

Will never rent the Kaplan's property

The staff was very unprofessional due to privacy. We got a court summons and it was taped to the front door of the building so everyone that comes in can see it. I am so mad and very disappointed in the staff.
