I am trying to get my Bathroom fixed since October/12/2015 and the super NEVER SHOW UP to fix it.
I had took 3 days off from work and was expecting him but again NEVER SHOW UP, and i missed 3 days of work. I've tray to contact the local office and it was helpful. I cant get this done, no one answer my calls, all the e-mails are promises that never be done!
I will call somebody to come and reduce the cost from the rent.
And I am going next week to make a a complaint at Elizabeth township and Rent control.

Do not rent from here. After leaving one of their properties I received a bill for back rent I don't owe. They didn't even send the bill to my forwarding address properly, they put the wrong name on the envelope so it never got delivered so I never knew about it until all the excessive calls from the debt collection agency. Now I'm battling trying to remove a debt that they have no proof I owe off my credit report. Come to find I wasn't the first person this happened to and I can't figure out what to do without a lawyer. According to the NCC, who agree they don't understand where the debt is from, they can't pull it off my credit report. Apparently a business can claim you owe them money, never show proof and you get a derogatory mark on your credit. Absolutely crazy, horrible company and incredibly nasty people too.

VALLEY MANOR APARTMENTS! They are horrible at mmanaging and heartless to the stray cat population. Only "Pet Friendly" to those who pay. They've had adorable stray cats for decades and refuse to incorporate the Free TNR services from the Edison Municipal. They threatened all who help them survive and claim that they should feed of the mice in the property. Previous owners have abandoned their cats and they failed to follow through. The strays are not at fault! What kind of Animal friendly place is this! They need to Help the strays and control the population as many many other complexes have done!! This place sucks!!! Bad bad customer service and repairs also take long! # HELP THE STRAYS

I must begin with the statement that they false advertise that everyone is a VIP to them. I have had problems with a downstairs neighbor at Twin Terrace who harassed me very badly from day one. Every time I responded to him, he called the police on me. I received two written warnings while the other tennent was a frequent 911 caller which would have been called a troublemaker tennent by the police department. In the second warning letter, they promised to handle the troublemaker tennent. Instead, they blocked me from contacting me, and the 911 calls continued. They promised not to renew his lease. However, I can tell from how they handled the tennent that they would be renewing it. Run away from this place because they are pure slumlords on handling things. Besides, the heat is not working for the third time in less than a week with below freezing temperatures, and it Sunday morning. There is no 24 hour maintenance on site but an answering machine. This apartment is definitely not worth the price in rent. The office manager does not even take complaints against another tennent seriously at all, and I did one yesterday (2-25-15) and the office never took down information at all. This office has a history of blaming one tennent for everything that goes wrong with the complex. I can guarantee you that the next person who lives in a particular apartment will be arrested within a month with how this apartment complex runs just for watching prime time television.

I lived in the Corabelle Avenue apartments. I loved my apartment to an extent. It had problems, but then again it can happen anywhere you live. When the problems happened....they would get fixed to various points. The kitchen needs to be updated and the cabinets are falling apart. We were promised they would be replaced. Still to this day....nothing was done about it.

As far as the Rent part of it..... Horrible. When you send your rent it....it sits wherever its delivered too. Then they don't check the mailbox, accuse you of not paying your rent....then file an eviction notice through the court....meanwhile the rent was there the entire time. When you call the main office to question.....the woman Ruth is extremely rude and obnoxious on the phone. Has no people skills what so ever. So not only do people get treated poorly, you have to deal with that woman. I wish i had the owners phone number, because i would have called him along time ago to let him know how his employees treat his tenants, and how you get harassing phone calls from them too.
