Yes, you have the "fancy" ramens, but stick to the classics (shio, tonkotsu, tsukumen), and at a pinch, go for the "soba-style" dipping-style ramen.
The noodles are excellently textured, and just right to the tooth. The broths are, dare I say it, "profound" (grin), but not overwhelmingly heavy.
I personally prefer the "thick" noodles, here, but the thin ones are quite good too...

Excellent lunch special: salad, rice bowl w/ protein, and ramen. Ramen broth was very flavorful and meat was tender and well-cooked.

Great Japanese restaurant.
The food was amazing.
Huge portions and very very tasty.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
