She was a great help throughout the process - very accommodating and honest.
I felt confident that some one was looking out for our interest.

Errika is also pretty flexible with appointment times , which was great for our busy schedules.

She is so friendly, and never made me feel intimidated nor hesitant to call her and ask any questions that popped up. Through my stressful ordeal in buying a co-op she kept me level headed and guided me through the process and was always there to help. Her fee is reasonable as well, $1200; $600 is paid to her when you sign the contract and the other half at closing. I would not refer any other attorney but her, she is fantastic.
