I need to be careful how I characterize these low l... overly agressive whatevers. There's the little rich kid who is a punk who you should never turn your back on. There's his father who is a foul mouthed nasty SOB. I live in an apartment where the AC blows the circuit. It's a standard LG 10,000 BTU unit bought at PC Richard, barely enough to cool a 2 BR 11 ft. ceiling apartment. To these punks, it's a commercial AC! I also have a brown ooze on the BR ceiling that they just cover up without regard to the health issue. They lie, carry cameras, take photos of what's in your refrig, etc. If you have a problem with these punks, 311 is your answer. You may also move during your lease and claim "constructive eviction", if they make it so miserable you can't live there. You may also want to call the NY Dept. of Buildings.
