This review is long overdue as I had to create a new Google account in order to do so. Last spring, we started the process of replacing the old cabinets in our kitchen. With so many options and so many different vendors available to us, we were fortunate to entrust this project to the fine folks at Kabinet King. I will never forget our first meeting with salesman Michael who truly took his time in showing us all the options and prices that were available to us. The foundation for a successful project were laid during these moments when Michael helped us design and come up with these dream cabinets.

Manager Troy and his staff were very helpful in seeing that this project was completed successfully from beginning to end. Communication is key and a while at times I wish there had been a little bit more, I cannot say that Troy was anything other than professional and willing to try and do things the right way for us. Scheduled dates of things occurring and having to choose a different quartz countertop other than the one we ordered were issues that we had to deal with, but everything was resolved because of communication on both ends of the process. Also, it is important that you consider the timeline in your project and give yourself ample time in expecting completion.

Joel and his crew were outstanding in demolishing the old cabinets and installing the new. Because they were such old cabinets, there was much work that needed to be done on the wall behind them. Joel and team were exemplary in their quality of work and conduct. His explaining the entire process to was was also beneficial and truly made us confident that he was working on our behalf and not trying to milk us for more money.

So overall this was a tremendous and successful experience. With a tax refund on the horizon, I can easily see myself continuing other cabinet projects with them. Just remember that communication and patience will go a long way In achieving optimal and long-lasting results.

I ordered my JSI Dover cabinets from Kabinet King after doing some shopping online; their prices were very competitive with other shops and often the lowest. These are commodity cabinets that are widely sold online. That didn't stop them from having the best service EVER! A real person picks up the phone every time you call.

Most importantly, I had an (imaginary) problem with one of the cabinets and they were amazing: my contractor told me that we were short a cabinet in the order, and I called Kabinet King to sort things out. They took my word that we were missing one and went ahead and re-ordered a cabinet at no charge to me, no questions asked. Then my contractor actually found the missing cabinet! Jessica was super nice about it even though it was my mistake.

Purchased a whole set of kitchen cabinets few months back. The price was good when compared to the cheap competitors. These are made in the USA, good quality. Ran into several issues, Mostly their mis-communication internally when their sales associate was no longer employed after taking my order. The company they outsource to do the stone measurement/installation had issues. But overall I was satisfied. Troy and Greg did a great job resolving all the issues.

I've never written a review before but my wife and I love our new kitchen so much I really feel I should let everyone know about our experience with Kabinet King. First, everything we bought was very fairly priced - especially the cabinets, which cost about half of what we expected. And they're beautiful. The quartz counter tops and back splash are equally beautiful. Most importantly, the service was extraordinary. Michael did a fantastic design that really took the wants and needs of my wife into account. Whenever I had a problem, Donna smoothed things over. This is especially noteworthy because I was in North Carolina during the renovation and my contractor is Chinese with very limited English language skills. My wife and I couldn't be happier and wanted you to know - we definitely recommend Kabinet King!
