Krystof Pogorzelski stopped work on our Brooklyn Heights renovation after receiving the third 30% payment, would not return, and when we fired him, he put a lien on our property. The work K Construction did was poor quality, the subcontractors they hired were unfamiliar with NYC code, which required us to hire another electrician to replace it, and the construction deteriorated rapidly.
