I had tried to allert this company about a fraudulant listing and failed to help me and failed to make aware to the buyer's attorney that I had a issue with the deed being fraudlantly transferred. They had instead of following there fiduciary responsibility and code of ethics because where there office is located is the same place where the deed had been fraudulantly transferred. I asked for help and assistance and was told there was nothing to do and to talk to there landlord. The property was then released by this company and then listed to another realtor rather then dealing with the issue they had pawned it off and in thoughts of it going away which it will not. I would highly reccommend not to deal with this company
