very friendly butchers here. They always help me find the cut i want for what I want to do. they will talk to you and tell you the best cuts for whatever purpose you need to fulfill. these guys always have a smile on their face and are always willing to lsiten and help. they are the most patient butchers i have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

Now, if a mostly-vegetarian shopper can feel comfortable in a butcher store, they must be doing something right!

I*m engaged to a serious carnivore, and try to keep him happily well-fed. I just walk in and say, "I*d like to make______. What do I need?" They tell me what to get, cut it up as needed, and each time I*ve done this, the future hubby has been very happy.

My high rating would mean more if I knew more about meat and could compare them to other butcher shops. But they*ve made me seem like a great cook where I*d normally be lacking, thus improving my relationship. Can*t overestimate that!
