They have new owners and new machines, one of my loads didn't properly wash, and I told the store employee and she called her manager and the manger stated a refund would not be issued. The previous owners would have refunded me my money. I felt as tho it wasnt great costumer service if your machines aren't working properly I should of gotten my money back.

The parking lot is pretty small but they have a good amount of machines. The attendant seems helpful but apparently few of the customers speak English very well.
