- Terrible #189705

Bought a vacuum cleaner from these people. The second time I used it, the button holding it together fell off and went flying. Instead of honoring 100% refund, they decided I should pay a 20% restocking fee. Ummm... nooooo... and when I left feedback on the amazon website (where it was purchased from), they lied and said I broke it.

This place is great! The dude is super friendly and helpful, the prices are fair, and the selection is always very nice, high quality but not too expensive, every day necessities. Way more reliable and down-to-earth than Whisk.
