I was just calling to see if this office accepted my insurance & could not hear anything through the static on their phone line almost as if it was summerged in water. If you can't have reliable office phone what's makes this office think I'll trust them with my personal info and body. Unacceptable !

She made a mistake a long time ago she told false information on 2010 to a patient and that patient lost her baby within months with that false information

I do not recommend this office. The experience was okay, but the billing department is extremely unprofessional and uncooperative. Seems like it is easier to just pay whatever they billed my insurance for, then to get professional and helpful clarification on the charges and/or clear some of the improperly billed charges :( From my experience, this doctor has the poorest billing service rep.

DR. KAKOSSIAN IS AN AMAZING DOCTOR!!!! (TO MY EXPERIENCE)
IVE BEEN TO HER MANHATTAN OFFICE ON EAST 40TH AND THE OFFICE IS AMAZING THE DOCTOR & HER STAFF. WAIT TIME IS NO MORE THAN 15-20 MINUTES AND SHE DOES MUCH MORE THAN ANY OTHER OB-GYN DOCTOR HAVE DONE BEFORE.... . I WILL DEF. RETURN
